The Sprouted Mill & Bakery is a small-batch bakery in Seaforth, Ontario specializing in sprouted grain sourdough bread, freshly milled flour, and from-scratch baked goods. Our bakery serves Huron County with nutrient-dense sprouted breads, sprouted baked goods, and traditional sourdough loaves made with grains milled in-house.
Sprouted & Sourdough Bread
Both sourdough and sprouting are ancient traditions that have regained popularity as people seek more digestible breads. We combine sprouted ancient and heritage grains with slow fermentation to achieve a balance of wonderful flavours, textures and digestibility. Every loaf is made by hand using traditional techniques to highlight the natural character of the grains and benefits of fresh-milled flour.
